Booking & Hiring

The hall booking system is entirely run by volunteers, so please be patient if you don't get an immediate response. We aim to get back to you within 5 working days.

  • ​Before you request a booking, please be sure you are happy to agree to our Terms & Conditions and our Hire Charges

  • Check availability in the calendar for the date you want

  • Complete a booking request form - below

  • Be sure you have included enough set up and clean down before and after your event. You must leave the hall in the same condition you found it by the end of your booking time.

  • Please do not transfer the booking fee until you have heard from the Bookings Team

  • When your booking has been confirmed by the Bookings Team, you will receive an invoice, which we ask  for

    • (1) the deposit (50% of your invoice) which you should pay immediately to secure the date and

    • (2) the full hire fee which should be paid 1 week before the hire date
